during Corporate Cultural Change

Maintaining (or achieving) quality performance during corporate cultural change is a challenge for many organizations.  Bill Athayde has had the opportunity to fight that battle, and to consult with and audit various organizations before, during, and after they went through that experience.   He will share some of his observations from Project Management Community of Practice implementations and project management maturity audits conducted in the U.S. and internationally; and from the transition of one Virginia-based corporation from an entrepreneurial organization to a team-oriented one.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after you have confirmed your attendance and before the event has closed, access the Event invitation, refund and cancel your registration. If the Event has closed prior to the Deadline Date being reached and you wish to cancel, please send an email to diroperations@pmihr.org before the Deadline Date. Since the chapter has to pay for each meal, we will collect full payment for anyone who cancels after the deadline.

Waitlist Policy: Please note that registration will close prior to the deadline date if seating capacity is reached. At that time you will be waitlisted, if you still desire to participate; if a cancellation occurs, you will be notified of space availability based on your priority on the waitlist.
